If they gave an All-Around Cowboy trophy in his industry, Garren Apple, would be a serious contender.
Garren is the founder and owner of Ag Pro Consulting, LLC, one of the Northwest’s premier real estate firms and farm management company.
A Utah native, Garren leveraged the work ethic he learned growing up on a small farm to go on to earn multiple degrees, including an AA in Business Management, a BS in Advertising Communications from BYU-Idaho and an MBA from George Fox University.
Starting off his career at Wells Fargo Financial, Garren was soon pining for the agricultural sector. This led him to managing farms in the Northwest for approximately 25,000 deeded row crop acres and over 200,000 State and Federal grazing acres. It was during this time that Garren began overseeing farm/ranch real estate sales and, finally becoming a licensed real estate professional in 2007 and averaging $25MM-$40MM in real estate transactions annually.
In 2009, Garren would use his financial, real estate and agricultural fluencies to create Ag Pro Consulting, LLC. In this capacity, he is able to instill all of his strengths by managing thousands of acres of row crop farmland, facilitating 100s of millions of dollars’ worth (quickly approaching the $1 billion-mark) of agricultural real estate transactions, as well as consulting on water rights issues, lease agreements, and irrigation project management.
Garren Apple earned his Accredited Farm Manager (AFM) designation with the society of ASFMRA and was a past trustee and current member of Leadership Idaho Agriculture (LIA).
Garren resides in Middleton, Idaho with his wife and children.
